or In case you order the wrong size, we can exchange different size for you (exchange is not including wedding and bridesmaid dress unless serious damage during delivery process or quality issue ), please notify us within 30 calendar days of your receipt of goods.  Customer is responsible for all the shipping cost of return items in this case. Please email us if any inquiry.

Keeping our customers happy is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love what you get from us, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges in case you are not fully satisfied!

There is no policy of cancellation for international shipping and local shipping services. Please check your items, their size and colors before purchasing.

For return, please email us at sales@evinlife.com within 5 calendar days of your receipt of goods. Include your name, order number, and name of item you would like to return in the email. We will be in touch with you with details on processing the return.

We do not refund original shipping fees and customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees. All returns packages must be received within 5 calendar days of the date your order shipped from us. All items must be in original condition. For returns of defective items that are claimed valid, we will bear the standard return shipping fees.

If you would like to make an EXCHANGE:  Exchanges are available for items of the same purchased value or for the same item in a different size or color.

Email us at sales@evinlife.com within 5 calendar days of your receipt of goods. Include your name, order number, and name of item you would like to get an exchange with in the email. We will be in touch with you with details on processing the exchange. If your requested size or color is no longer available, store credit will be granted for the purchased price net shipping fees (if applies).

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees. All items must be in original condition.

In the case of serious defective merchandise returns, eVintageLife items will provide a refund, or may be request for same value replacement product. If replacement product price is larger than the return item price. Customer is reponsible to pay the difference in this case.

Conditions for Refund: (We will provide a full refund including delivery costs for a faulty or missing item)

1.  Order delivery of goods and commodities are different. (Miscarriage)

2.  Out of stock  (If all goods ordered that the order is out of stock, the amount paid will be refunded. Refund amount will be reflected on the customer's account, it may takes several days 5 to 10 days.)

Returns the following situations will not be accepted.

  1. already used goods
  2. alterations or washed over the goods.
  3. for all accessories, small leather goods and bags, there will be no refund.
  4. not within 30 days of purchase ( from the date you received the order)
  5. For all wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses , there will be no exchange for other size, please check your size before purchase or email us if you need help in measurement.

For all returned items, please make sure send back all the items to us (items must be in their original, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition, documentation and all accessories). Please note that items must be returned to our store with original sales receipts and explain the suituation clearly about the return. We cannot exchange used or customer damaged items. If the lack of a commodity which (Iincluding accessories) can not be handled in refund procedures. (Actual return costs borne by the customer's own).

All returns will be refunded or store credits only. This amount will be less any shipping and delivery charge, which is non-refundable. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that it is in good condition and proceed to credit your account.

Any return carried out (other than for faulty items or items delivered incorrectly by us) will be at customer's expense.

In case the reasons for good rejection by customer or post office storage period overdue, it leads to the case of goods to be returned.We are not responsible for returns without tracking information that got lost or damaged in transit.

In the event of a refund, eVintageLife. does not accept any liability, and will not refund you, for any currency charges levied by your bank or credit card provider on the initial purchase or for any difference in the buying and selling exchange rates for currency used by your bank or credit card provide.
