Return Policy For Paintings
The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage ( WITHING 7 DAYS of your receipt of goods.). Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. eVintageLife covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.

How does the refund work?
You will be refunded after the work has been returned to us.
Returns the following situations will not be accepted.
- deliberated damaged
- not within 14 calendar days
- painting's visual effect ( slightly different with our web store's photo such as the lighting effect, sharpness, contrast )
Conditions for Refund: (We will provide a full refund including delivery costs for a faulty or missing item)
1. Order delivery of goods and commodities are different. (Miscarriage)
2. Out of stock (If all goods ordered that the order is out of stock, the amount paid will be refunded. Refund amount will be reflected on the customer's account, it may takes several days 5 to 10 days.)
