Free delivery for Furniture order in Hong Kong. 

 

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

 

Free shipping and registered airmail do not guarantee delivery time, and it is subjected to delay. 

 

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs/import duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

We offer international delivery to most countries around the globe. Normally, we ship our order via air parcel service offered by the Hong Kong Post Office.   However please understand we cannot guarantee the expected delivery date as this will depend on circumstances arising from the couriers convenience, or processing time taken at each countrys customs, etc.

*We may use split shipment method due to variations in production schedule or products. We would notify our customer if any split shipment occurred.

If you have special requests relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

Cancellation of Shipping Order

 

We try to ship your order as quick as possible, it is not possible for us to alter your order once you have made payment. This means you cant change shipping address either. But you may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your payment, double check to make sure everything is in order and shipping address is correct.

Deliveries may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent back to post office with a note for you to pick up yourself at post office.

Custom Duties and Taxes Charges

 

Custom Duties and Taxes may be charged according to your shipping destination, and it isn’t included in the product price. Please bear in mind that there might be additional Custom Duty and Tax charged according to your country of residence. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. 

payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.    

In case of goods confiscated by mailed countries or impose high tariffs, eVintageLife is not responsible for return goods and freight payment.
