Because our products are unique and limited stock to each style, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.
You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.
If there's an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our contact us form. You'll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order.
We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we'll of course pay for return shipping.

1. Order delivery of goods and commodities are different. (Miscarriage)

Returns the following situations will not be accepted.
- already used goods
- alterations or washed over the goods.
- for all accessories, leather goods and bags, there will be no refund.
- not within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order
- For all wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses , there will be exchange once for other size, customer need to pay the return shipping fee, please check your size before purchase or email us if you need help in measurement.
