Return policy For Beauty or Organic Product
How to return?
- Wrap up damaged/faulty product and take photos for the return product
- Contact us using contact us form in our web store and we'll email you a form
- Follow the simple instructions on the form.
Returns the following situations will not be accepted.
- already used goods / opened the packaging
- alterations
- not within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order
- damaged by someone (not by shipping process)
Conditions for Refund: (We will provide a full refund including delivery costs for a faulty or missing item or customer forget to pay the shipping fee at checkout process)
1. Order delivery of goods and commodities are different. (Miscarriage)
2. Out of stock (If all goods ordered that the order is out of stock, the amount paid will be refunded. Refund amount will be reflected on the customer's account, it may takes several days 5 to 10 days.)
If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we'll of course pay for return shipping.
